Tech. Sgt. Robert A. Condon was sentenced Sept. 25, after a 13-day court-martial, to 30 years confinement, reduction in grade to E-1, forfeiture of pay and a dishonorable discharge for 11 violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. The violations include Articles 92, 120, 120a, 125 and 134 of the UCMJ.

Condon was under investigation since Sept. 6, 2013, for stalking, sexual assault, rape and forcible sodomy of three women, as well as falsifying documents in the course of his duties, obstruction of justice and dereliction of duty.

The victims were both military and civilian.

The first victim to come forward was an Airman from Hurlburt Field.

After Headquarters AFOSI at Quantico, Va., started investigating the allegations, two more victims were identified.

Condon was removed from his duties immediately when he came under investigation. He was confined to the BRIG at NAS Jacksonville, Fla., on Oct. 10, 2013, after the third victim came forward, where he has remained while awaiting his hearing.

Formal charges were referred to general court-martial in June 2014.

Sexual assault is a crime and will not be tolerated in the Air Force. AFOSI is committed to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all Air Force personnel.
