Retired Lt. Gen. Leroy Manor, a former prisoner of war, speaks of the many missions completed while serving in the Vietnam War during a POW-MIA ceremony at the Air Park on Hurlburt Field, Fla. Sept. 16, 2016. Manor was the commander of Air Force Special Operations Force and the Joint Task Force during the 1970’s.
