Aircrew with the 8th Special Operations Squadron conducted a training mission on a CV-22 Osprey tiltrotor aircraft during a flight over Northwest Florida, Nov. 30, 2016. Air Commandos conduct water training as a way to transform training and ensure readiness for global special operations. The Osprey combines the vertical takeoff, landing and hover capabilities of a helicopter with the long-range, fuel efficient and speed characteristics of a turboprop aircraft.
