AFSOC Outstanding Airmen of the Year
Senior Airman David Orvosh, 21st Special Tactics Squadron, is a combat controller who was the sole Airman attached to a U.S./Iraqi special forces team as a combat advisor. He trained an Iraqi counter-terror unit by holding classes, rehearsals and led 24 strategic combat missions.
