In these capacities he leads 400 personnel supporting combat power by delivering highly reliable, patient-centered healthcare to 13,000 beneficiaries across three wings, 40 tenant units, and Headquarters Air Force Special Operations Command. His team ensures the no-fail medical readiness of the Air Force’s most deployed wing while preparing medics for peer war.

Col Graham received his commission from the Air Force Academy in 2002 and Doctor of Medicine from the Uniformed Services University in 2011. He completed Emergency Medicine residency training at the San Antonio Military Medical Center in 2014. Col Graham is a prior Air Force pilot, an Air Force flight surgeon, and a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician. He has served as a Chief of Medical Staff, both deployed and in garrison. Additionally, he served as commander of a 170-member Operational Medical Readiness Squadron that provided full spectrum outpatient medical and dental care for 5,500 Airmen across Hawaii, including enroute patient staging for 200 annual INDOPACOM aeromedical evacuation missions. During this time, he led 15th Medical Group COVID operations and was consulted by the Hawaii Military Healthcare System as he authored COVID operational and clinical guidance used across Oahu. Col Graham has also served as Deputy Chief, HQ PACAF Medical Readiness Division where he was INDOPACOM’s Air Force component architect for austere, contested, expeditionary medical readiness with a 26-member team. Prior to his current position, Col Graham served as Chief of Operational and Aerospace Medicine at Joint Base Andrews where he oversaw medical readiness accomplished by 1,200 clinical staff at five joint and total force locations in the National Capitol Region serving 28,000 total force patients across five wings and Headquarters Air Force.
