RADES saves
The 84th Radar Evaluation Squadron, based at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, were credited with saving a civilian pilot for rendering assistance after an aircraft crash in New Mexico April 9. The radar track information provided by the 84th RADES enabled search and rescue teams to pinpoint the site of the crash. Map of the area where search and rescue teams were dispatched.
