Off-duty time is for: I firmly believe off-duty time is for strengthening both individual and family resiliencies. Much-needed quality time with friends and family coupled with personal development, whether spiritual, physical or educational, can pay us back with huge dividends.

2007-2010: Aircraft maintenance unit officer-in-charge and Maintenance operations officer, 62nd Maintenance Group, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash.

Organizational Goals:
#1- To provide our Airmen with the leadership, training and resources needed to accomplish our unit's mission while taking care of our maintainers and their families.
#2- To provide world class support to our Air Force Special Operations Command and 1st Special Operations Wing flying units.

Work Philosophy:
Anything worth doing is worth doing right...the first time!
