Why did you join the Air Force?
I joined the Air Force to serve my country and see the world.

How does your Air Force specialty contribute to the mission?
As a CV-22 flight engineer, I get the privilege of directly supporting our customers on the ground.

If you were Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force for one day, how would you change the Air Force?
I would ensure that every Airman understands the mission and how they each individually contribute to the fight.

What's your favorite thing about Hurlburt Field?
The beach.

What do you like most about being an Airman?
That nothing is the same every day.

That the only thing constant in the Air Force is change.

What motivates you at work?
The work ethic that my parents instilled in me from an early age.

Who are your heroes/role models?
My grandfathers. They both retired from the military and served in Vietnam.

Advice to others?
Meet all of your Time-On-Targets. Be part of the 10 percent that does 90 percent of the work. And if you don't enjoy your current job or are looking for a challenge, retrain.

Why was he selected?
