The 823rd Red Horse Squadron welcomed a new squadron commander this month. Here is more information about him.

- Joint Chiefs of Staff, J8, Joint Requirements Office for CBRN Defense; Pentagon
- Commander, 51st Civil Engineer Squadron; Osan Air Base
- Commander, 1st Special Operations Civil Engineer Squadron; Hurlburt Field

Organizational Goals:
- Prepare for Combat Skill Training and Deployment this early next year.
- Develop a comprehensive troop construction training program to prepare for construction work in the AOR.
- Provide second-to-none heavy repair and construction work to the war fighter.

Work Philosophy: The mission comes first, and we must take care of our Airmen always. Determine mission requirements and then push hard early to get ahead of schedule.
