1st SOAMXS welcomes new commander

The 1st Special Operations Aircraft Maintenance Squadron welcomed a new group commander June 28. Here is a little more information about him.

Hometown: Davis, Okla.

Off-duty time is for: Spending time with my family, travelling and enjoying northwest Florida.

Previous Assignments:
2003-2006 - Aircraft Maintenance Officer Course Instructor and 361th Training Squadron Director of Operations, Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas.
2006-2008 - Operations Officer, 352nd Maintenance Squadron, Royal Air Force Mildenhall, United Kingdom
2008-2010 - Commander, 48th Maintenance Operations Squadron Royal Air Force Lakenheath, United Kingdom 

Organizational Goals:
-Balance sortie generation and fleet health while taking care of our people and training new Spooky maintainers.
-Continue to support the Overseas Contingency Operations
-Prepare our aircraft, personnel and equipment for future deployments
