Why did you join the Air Force?
My parents wouldn't pay for community college.

How does your Air Force specialty contribute to the mission?
We integrate special operations weathermen with special operations forces aviation and ground elements. We deploy or employ as special tactics weather technicians to austere areas by parachute, helicopter and amphibious operations. We also conduct forward area tactical weather observations and forecasting, advise commanders of operational weather effects, integrate environmental impacts into joint forces war planning, intelligence preparation and mission execution.

If you were Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force for one day, how would you change the Air Force?
I wouldn't change anything, because the Air Force is fine the way it is.

What's your favorite thing about Hurlburt Field?
When I leave it and go on leave to North Carolina or New York.

What do you like most about being an Airman?
Doing all the heavy lifting for the Air Force.

What's one thing you wish you were told before joining the Air Force?
Nothing. The Air Force has been everything I expected it to be.

What motivates you at work?
Showing up every day to a new challenge.

Who are your heroes/role models?
My Dad.

Advice to others?
Listen to the experienced guys on your team. They've had a lot of success and failures, so learn from them.
