What do you do at Hurlburt?
Review Enlisted Performance Reports, decorations and awards packages. Ensure the day-to-day operation of the shop continue to run smoothly

What do you enjoy about your job?
As an assistant shop chief, I am always learning something new.

Why did you join the Air Force?
To get away from Alabama and have a career.

How does your Air Force specialty contribute to the mission?
We repair components for the AC-130U Spooky II, AC-130H Spectre and MC-130P Combat Shadow aircraft, as well as the CV-22 and provide serviceable assets to those who work on the flightline.

If you were chief master sergeant of the Air Force, how would you change the Air Force?
I would continue on the path of reviewing the EPR system and make changes to set the Air Force up for future success.

What's your favorite thing about Hurlburt Field?
The local area and the beaches.

What do you like most about being an Airman?
The camaraderie and people I've met throughout my career.

What's one thing you wish you were told before joining the Air Force?
I wish I would have known more about my job.

What motivates you at work?
Taking care of my people.

Who are your heroes/role models?
My dad for instilling the work ethic in me and teaching me nothing in life is given to you. Tech. Sgt. Anthony Griffin, my first supervisor, for teaching me the right way to do my job and how to mentor Airmen.

Advice to others?
Work hard, know the rules and regulations, and know it will pay off. It may not seem like it, but someone is paying attention and will notice the effort you put forth.
