HURLBURT FIELD, Fla. -- The Airmen at the Reef and Riptide dining facilities store, prep, cook and serve food to roughly 700 Air Commandos a day. The staff at the Reef providing the only buffet-style dining facility in the Air Force and prepares more than $1700 worth of food each day.
