Brian Welch, assistant Director of Operations, 18th Flight Test Squadron, gives Christian Prockupski, a 10-year-old cancer patient, a flight helmet signed by the 1st Special Operations Wing commander, Col. Gregory Lengyel and Airmen from the 6th Special Operations Squadron and the 18th FLTS.
