Staff Sgt. William Defoor, a Tactical Air Control Party candidate, pushes through his 94th sit-up. During the competition, Air Commandos beat Rocky McIntosh, a linebacker with the Washington Redskins, in two minutes of push-ups, sit-ups and pull-ups.
