Trudy Hardman and her daughter Tori accept the Maj. Gen. L. Dean Fox Award on behalf of their husband and father Lt. Col. Doug Hardman, 1st Special Operations Civil Engineer Squadron commander. Colonel Hardman was recognized as the Air Force Civil Engineer Senior Military Manager of the Year for 2006 and is currently deployed.
