The grass is greener on the Soundside
Staff Sgt. Nathan Wilson, a pavement and heavy equipment specialist with the 1st Special Operations Civil Engineer Squadron, lays sod outside the Soundside Club at Hurlburt Field, Fla., Oct. 4, 2016. Sod is used to replace dead grass and is effective in providing increased cooling, improving air and water quality, and assisting in flood prevention by draining water.
