Major General sees a glimpse of AFSOC capabilities

Maj. Gen. Bradley Spacy, left, the commander of the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center, speaks with Capt. Justin May, operations officer with the 1st Special Operations Security Forces Squadron, at Hurlburt Field, Fla., Dec. 14, 2016. Spacy observed capability demonstrations such as the 1st Special Operations Logistics Readiness Squadron conducting a Forward Air Refueling Point. Special teams of fuels Airmen provide a critical capability for wartime and humanitarian missions as FARP operations expand the role of special operation forces around the world. They provide a means of "hot" refueling from a tanker aircraft to various types of fixed and rotor-wing receiver aircraft. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman Dennis Spain)
