Hurlburt Field preps for Total Force Exercise 17-3

Senior Airman Adam Chudnofsky, right, a loadmaster with the 15th Special Operations Squadron, guides in a K-loader while loading equipment onto an MC-130H Combat Talon II at Hurlburt Field, Fla., July 7, 2017. Aircrew loaded an individual storage unit and other equipment necessary in preparation for Total Force Exercise 17-3 at Smyrna, Tn. This TFX is a joint forces training exercise that gives members of the 1st Special Operations Wing the opportunity to work in a joint capacity. MC-130H loadmasters make up less than one percent of the loadmaster career field and attend a specialized school for the aircraft after logging at least 500 hours on base-model C-130 aircraft.
