Hurlburt Field youth meet exotic animals

A group of Team Hurlburt youth watch an animal specialist give a presentation at Hurlburt Field, Fla., July 27, 2017. The animal exhibit presentation was part of the Hurlburt Field Library’s Summer Reading Program, a program designed to encourage young people to read over the summer months. The animal exhibit introduced kids to exotic wildlife such as a coastal carpet python, an African spurred tortoise and a black-tailed prairie dog.
