XCOMM - Forging Airborne Connectivity

U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Austin Nordstrom, an Airborne Mission Network technician assigned to the 1st Special Operations Communications Squadron, configures and troubleshoots the networking equipment that provides Beyond-Line-Of-Sight, or BLOS, capabilities for an U-28A Draco, Aug. 4, 2022 at Hurlburt Field, Florida. The BLOS system allows sensor operators to remain connected on the battlefield, ensuring we can identify ground forces as well as identify enemy targets in remote/austere locations.
