Roger Perman, a native of Destin, Fla., won Overall Best in Show with his 1955 Chevrolet Nomad at the 2009 Commando Cruise-In at the Air Force Armament Museum Oct. 24. Mr. Perman said he was ecstatic about winning after maintaining the car for two years. His prize included $150 and a specialized 105mm shell trophy.
