Dress codes enforced at dining facilities

Dress code standards for Hurlburt dining facility patrons have been revisited. Any individual at the base dining halls dressed in military attire will wear their uniform in compliance with Air Force Instruction 36-2903, Dress and Personal
Appearance, and the appropriate directives which prescribe the wearing of the other services' uniforms.

Military headgear is not authorized for wear in the dining facility at any time, with the exception of armed security forces Airmen, fire department personnel, military public health and food service workers performance military duties.

The wearing of civilian attire will be in good taste and present a positive military image.

Examples of inappropriate civilian attire include but are not limited to bare feet, exposing of any undergarments, sweaty clothing, tank tops that excessively expose armpits, pajamas and dirty clothing of any type. Any attire that is profane, obscene or could otherwise bring discredit to the integrity or professionalism of the Air Force will not be allowed.
