Aaron Brown, 8th SOS, a Malian player, and a crowd of school children look on. The 8th SOS was in Mali supporting FLINTLOCK, a joint/combined training exercise conducted regularly in the Trans-Saharan region designed to build capacity and foster interoperability among African nations.
