Binnicker’s awards and decorations during his celebration of life ceremony at the Emerald Coast Convention Center, Fort Walton Beach Fla., March 28, 2015. Binnicker entered the Air Force in August 1957 as a life support specialist. He retired Aug. 1, 1990, after 33 years of service.
